Client/Location: South Bend Orthopedics/Mishawaka, IN
Project Overview South Bend Orthopaedics Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is a new $7.1 million, 45,000-square-foot medical office building. It is the first building for a new professional medical office park located in Mishawaka, Indiana. The building contains a common lobby for its 24 exams, two radiology rooms, an MRI, physical therapy suite, and tenant brace company. This design-build project is scheduled to be complete fall 2007.
