First Care Family Physicians New Medical Office Building

Morrison Kattman Menze has been commissioned as the architect for First Care Family Physicians new medical office building on the Parkview North Campus. The estimated $5.8 million new facility will combine and replace the existing First Care Parkview North and Woodland Plaza locations. The new 35,000 square foot medical office building will initially serve nine family physicians and their patients with 27 exam rooms, night clinic, corporate administration suite, and diagnostic suite with MRI, CT Scan, Dexa, and Ultrasound. Construction will begin by mid-April with completion estimated by the end of December 2008.
