Edgerton Care Center Assisted Living

Edgerton Care Center has hired MKM for a new assisted living facility in Edgerton, Wisconsin. Their existing medical model environment will be replaced with twelve-resident households featuring predominately private rooms. Residents will live and dine together in the new supportive environment. The 48,500 square foot design was one of five recognized by the State of Wisconsin's incentive grant program awarding innovation incorporating greenhouse and SAGE-type attributes. The building will serve 50 nursing and 20 assisted living residents. Construction completion is scheduled in December 2009.
