MKM partnered with Bedrock Builders to develop a clubhouse for Four Seasons, Athens Crossing, a BHI Senior Living Community. This hub is a place for resident and family engagement, encouraging healthy living for aging adults. Design goals were to create a flexible environment within a small footprint, which feels inviting and nudges social interaction.

Amenities include an indoor warm water pool, fitness room, (2) pickleball courts, and wine storage. Two special event rooms provide private space for family or group events. A large common area designed to utilize a central island and kitchen is used for food prep, community dining, or program demonstration space. The exterior overlooks a pond and includes an outdoor firepit area for cozy gatherings.
