A new affordable senior living development was envisioned for the mixed income development located in the city’s southeast side. Park’s Edge currently features apartments and townhomes with proximity to nearby amenities and easy access to public transportation. The campus is organized by a collection of civic greenspaces designed to increase social interaction among residents. The proposed four-story building includes 50 low-income independent living apartments for age-qualifying adults. The appearance offers a modern aesthetic prioritizing neighbor interaction with a collection of outdoor seating, apartment balconies, and a public rooftop patio. The interiors are contemporary and universally designed with each unit being fully adaptable.

This multigenerational campus provides a variety of affordable and attractive options for residents to choose from, thoughtfully designed to encourage a sense of community and belonging.
