In this episode of Health is Membership, MKM architecture + design sits down with Andrew Hoffman to discuss his work, focused on neighborhood redevelopment, which spans from Northeast Indiana to East Africa.
Andrew is a passionate social innovator and leader who has worked with communities to make positive change for over 15 years. Andrew spent 13 years as the Executive Director of NeighborLink, a Christian neighborhood development organization that leveraged technology and digital media to eliminate barriers between those in need and those wanting to help. At NeighborLink, he saw the organization complete over 10,000 tangible home repair projects, start a for-profit media production company, and helped launch the model in 15 US cities. He is currently the Global Marketing Director at Sinapis, which provides East African entrepreneurs access to training and advisory services that help scale their businesses while also making a social & spiritual impact in their community. Andrew also consults on neighborhood and community development initiatives regularly.
Andrew holds a B.S in Business Management from Huntington University and an MBA from Taylor University. Andrew and his wife, Michelle, live in Indianapolis, IN, with their three kids while striving daily to be a better neighbors.
