MKM designs a state-of-the-art addition featuring 20 rooms in 2 neighborhoods for Christian Care Retirement Community in Bluffton, IN.
MKM architecture + design (MKM) was recently selected as the architect of record for renovations at The Village at Kendallville. Renovations include re-configurations to memory care and social and support spaces as well as rehab gym improvements and a new dietary bistro.
This campus – part of Lutheran Life Villages, a leading senior living and care provider in Northeast Indiana – places an emphasis in treating the whole person. From state-of-the-art rehab suites for short-term recovery to long-term assisted living, The Village at Kendallville strives to provide a variety of senior living options to meet the needs of their residents. Through this project, MKM is helping Lutheran Life Villages to reposition their campuses, reinforcing their focus on providing contemporary dining options and amenity-rich neighborhood settings.
