The design team worked with Vista Grande Villa to renovate the entry lobby, dining areas, and gathering spaces among the independent living apartments. Cohesive design elements through furniture and fixture selections reinforce a connection and flow of spaces from one to another. To provide a warmer sense of welcoming, the lobby encasement was enlarged to create a clear view of the reception desk. A comfortable seating area invites guests and residents to gather upon arrival.

To create a clear connection between the lobby and formal dining area, a wall which previously separated the areas was removed to allow sight lines between the spaces. A coffee area and a large bar have been incorporated to designate service areas and add variety to the seating options. The Magnolia dining room also received interior finish updates, transforming the color palette and furnishings.
