MKM worked with a regional foundation to create a plan for low-income multifamily housing on a greenfield site to support the area’s growing transitional housing program. The design proposes three, 3-story walk-up apartment structures with 90 units in total, as well as a clubhouse and leasing office. The plan includes a parking lot to supplement the street parking adjacent to the buildings. The location is within walking distance of grocery and retail, which provides a level of convenience for future tenants and prioritizes the walkability of the development.
